On-site Golf Cart Rental
Each unit includes access to a golf cart available for rent. Condo 1 offers a 6-passenger cart, while Condos 2, 3, and Studio 4 each have a 2–4 passenger cart.
If you need additional carts during your stay, we recommend Harriet’s House, just a short walk away on Erie Street. They offer reasonable rates and allow overnight parking at our property with no extra fee.
Yacht Cruises
Set sail on our 29-foot Tiara Yacht for a private cruise around the Lake Erie islands — perfect for groups of up to six. Enjoy stunning views of downtown Put-in-Bay, the harbor, and nearby islands on a one-of-a-kind sightseeing experience.
Half-day packages are also available for those who want more time on the water. Cruises run weekdays mid-June to early August, and weekends from early June through Labor Day. Pricing is available upon request and at both the Getaway Inn and Chapman House.
Grill, Picnic, and Fire Pit Area
Enjoy our landscaped front yard, complete with a fire pit, gas grill, and picnic tables — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. Complimentary firewood is available near the far side of Chapman House.
Outdoor games like Connect Four, Cornhole, and Jenga are also available for guests to enjoy.
On-site Parking
There’s plenty of space for vehicle parking on-site. We recommend using the back lot along the treeline, so golf carts can park closer to the staircases for easier guest access.
Complimentary Bicycles
A variety of beach cruisers are available for guests to enjoy during their stay—perfect for a relaxing ride around the island. Bikes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so grab one early and explore Put-in-Bay at your own pace.
